The tandoori chicken is a dish that originated from the Indian subcontinent. It is very popular in South Asia, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Middle East and the Western world. It consists of roasted chicken prepared with yogurt and spices. The name comes from the type of cylindrical clay oven, a tandoor, where traditional dishes prepared.

Ingredients
- 700 grams of chicken

- 1 tablespoons, fenugreek leaves / powder

- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp. ginger garlic paste

- red chili powder
- For marination 1, a mixture of lemon juice and other ingredients together, add to chicken and worked on it for 3-4 minutes. It will tenderise chicken and leave it for about 15-20 minutes.
