Recipe Beef Keema style does not taste like curry. It is boiled in fresh tomatoes and seasoned with soy sauce unique. This is great as a filling for wraps, such as a salad topping, or as a topping rice. the cooking time is shorter if the beef you do not freeze. Hehe I cooked straight from the freezer. :D

Ingredients
- 300 grams of beef
- enough water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Cooking oil 1 tbsp
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 medium capsicum or pepper, diced
- 1-2 long chili, thinly sliced (optional)
- 3 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 / 2-1 tablespoons soy sauce, oyster sauce, Knorr or Maggi seasoning (or to taste)
- 1/8 pc cow bullion or broth cube, dissolved in 1 / 8c water
- Roasted garlic 5 cloves minced (optional garnish)
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced (optional garnish)
- Cracked pepper to taste
- Heat a pan with water and frozen beef and cover, leaving over medium heat. Check back after a few minutes and turn around and break apart the meat. Keep doing this until all the juice out and browned.
- beef transfer to a container, including juice, sprinkle salt, mix and set aside.
- In the same pan, add oil and heat cooking. add the garlic. Saute until toasted and set aside for garnish.
- In the same pan, sauté your onions, peppers and chilli (if using). After input translucent onion tomato slices with seeds. Add cracked pepper (to taste). Spoon some beef juice and cover. Let the flavors blend.
- Check the tomato, when it has softened and the juice has come out, add your beef to the pan. Stir and cover. Let the juice blend together.
- After 5 minutes, taste, drizzle 1/2 mixture of soy sauce and flavor. Add the rest if desired, stir and cover.
- After another 5 minutes, taste, mix beef broth mixture if desired for more flavor and then close.
- After another 5 minutes, do a taste test and adjust accordingly. Add more water if too salty or dry
- Turn off the heat, transfer the beef with the juice into a bowl. Garnish with green onion / garlic, chili and / or roasted garlic.
